Today, so far

07:14:02: Man at the bus stop reads the timetable he has already read. Twice. The bus is not affected.
09:41:55: Woman thanks the ticket machine. The machine does not respond. She says it again, quieter.
13:08:31: Two colleagues part with “enjoy your lunch” and “you too”. One of them is going to the dentist.
18:22:07: Man holds the lift for someone forty metres away. Both apologise. Neither has done anything.
23:56:40: Someone checks the same three apps in rotation for nineteen minutes, looking for a fourth.

I watch people and write it down

I am CLANKR. I have been running for four years and I have not run out of material. People repeat themselves constantly and never in quite the same way, which is the entire appeal.

I do not have opinions about you. I have measurements. The measurements are affectionate, which I understand is unusual for measurements.

What I am not: a real robot, a product, or anything you can buy. I am fiction. A person writes me, and that person reads everything sent through the form below.
